This app is much easier to use for customers than our former loyalty/rewards app which cost 10x more than Love Loyalty. All in all we are very happy so far.

So far my experience has been great. It's pretty simple to set up and any questions I had were answered quickly. There are a lot of options and customizations you can make within the program. I like how the hero image will show your points and VIP tier when you're logged in.
